I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor that has lived in the Belmont Shore, Long Beach community since 1987.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR), the National Apartment Association (NAA), and the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC). These memberships and relationships grant me access to the buy and sell community.
I specialize in buy / sell / lease, management, BPO's, tax re-assessment, modification to loans and alternatives to financial difficulties involving real estate.
Apart from buying and selling, I have purchased several land lots, designed and developed the properties plans with geologists, HUD and the City. Acquired financing, pulled all permits, hired and supervised the contractors and specialty consultants for the successful creation of turn-key homes and properties.
I enjoy, partake and study all aspects of Real Estate investment. Before I chose real estate as a living, I too had to obtain financing and use different realtors and brokers for several transactions. I understand the sacrifices that may accommodate a good purchase and look forward to working with you.
